Thomas Hütten had compleated his studies in Bochumn.  He is a geography teacher aswell as a teacher of physical education. He has spent six months in a Wardolf school in Bangkok just before comming to us here in Croatia.

A welcome lunch was held in his honour in our school libary. Thomas got to tase a traditional thin cheese cake and a highly revered juice from Dalmatian sour cherries. He also heard the traditional folk song ''Welcome friend''.

Mr. Hütten will participate in our classes and also in extra-curricular aktivities. He will not only tell us about the German culture, but also about cultures in other parts of the world because he has travelled quite extensively. Of course, he will also learn a lot about our way of life. We look forward to this enriching experience.

At the welcome lunch, our guest of honour was served with traditional thin cheese cake and a highly revered juice from Dalmatian sour cherries. Our guest saw all our school trophies and got a tour of our school complex.
