The School Co-op Group Attends the Remete Fall Fair
The students and teachers of Sesvetska Sopnica Elementary School's Co-op group ''IZVOR'' (''Fresh Water Spring'') represented our school at the ''Day of Bread'' and Thanksgiving Day Fall Fair in Remete on September 29th, 2013.
We desplayed the works of our Young Technicians and Primary Needlepoint groups. We also brought along baked goods that the children had baked themselves in our school kitchen that visitors could sample. We listened to the Holly Mass, gave thanks for the bounty of the Earth, and received a blessing for the food we brought.
The organizers of this event is the Co-op group ''Lijepa naša'' (''Our Beautiful Homeland'') and the Ministry of the Environment.
We would like to thank the grade seven students who represented our school and our school's Co-op group.
