Unbeatable - First Place in Sesvete Traffic Safety
Our school was host to the Traffic Safety Competition for the town of Sesvete. The competitions was organized with the help of the Sesvete Auto-Club. Eight school from the area of Sesvete participated, and the first three places in all categories were taken by the students form our school! Our students have once again shown great agility and knowledge.
The eight participating school from Sesvets are: Jelkovec, Luka, Sesvete, Sesvetski Kraljevec, Sesvetska Sela, Ivana Granðe, Vrgrovec-Kašina, Sesvetska Sopnica and Gustava Krkleca (as our guest) Elementary Schools.
In total, 68 students compeated and they were divided into 17 teams. Each team consists of two girls and two boys.
The competition consisted of a written part: recognizing traffic signs and laws; and the practical part: riding a bicycle through a course.
The competition was opened by our principal Mandica Rajkoviæ.

The secretary of the Sesvete Auto-Club, Damir Matacun, and Principal of Sesvetske Sopnice School, Mandica Rajkoviæ, presented the best with a prize.
The Traffic Safety Team assisted in the organizatin of this competition as did other students and their mentors.
